United Smart Cities welcomed the East Java Provincial Government to discuss a strategic cooperation in terms of implementing a Smart City strategy and urban development projects.
Assistant Secretary of the East Java - Setdaprov Suprianto - the representative of the East Java Provincial Government delegation said the USC will work jointly with the developed priority program, which was about implementing the smart province concept to accelerate the realization of ongoing and upcoming projects in the region. Therefore, the Government of East Java will support the process with all their cabinets. "We will immediately carry out an inventory of several existing projects and involve several districts/cities in East Java," he said, in a written broadcast to Tribunjatim.com.
The East Java Provincial Government also has various applications that aim to facilitate investment in East Java. These applications include smart governance, smart mobility, smart industry, and smart trading. Together with United Smart Cities and the private as well as finance network both the government and USC will evaluate services to provide solutions to various projects that would be carried out by local residents as well as international partners. "The USC program integrates several stakeholders which have the ability to develop urban planning. This is what we were looking for in the Java province" the government explained.
